I believe the artist is Hungarian animator Ferenc Cakó. After Googling 'sicaf sand artist' I eventually found his site:

Es ist ein ganz wundervolles Video. Ein hervorragender Künstler, von denen es leider viel zu wenige gibt.
Die musikalische Untermalung dazu ist perfekt.
Die komlette Zusammenstellung ist mehr als perfekt, und ein einzigartiger Genuss, bei dem man nie müde wird, das immer wieder zu sehen und zu hören.

If you guys enjoy this artist, wait til you see some of the pictures of Andy Goldsworthy's work. Google him and see for yourself. He has several books out and is just now becoming popular, now HE, is beautiful through and through.

I couldn't get your video to stay. It kept saying buffering and then it would not play. i would hit the play key and then it would go back to buffering. I seen it on my friends and supervisors e-mail. Her name is robin. Her and I have been friends for a long time. I htink that you have a great talent and I enjoyed it. The music is great along with it. Please try to fix it so that I can pull it up on my computer and show some people. That is really neat. You do a good job with that. You can e-mail it to me. I would love to show some people what a great talent you have. How ever did you think of such?

21. Richard | January 24, 2006 11:20 PM

I came across this form of art only an hour ago when a friend sent me an email with an attachment of Ilana's work. To put it bluntly, I was gob smacked. The detail was incredible yet very simplistic. You are a phenominal artist Ilana, I take my hat of to you. PLEASE GIVE US MORE!!!!!
