Just a quick update from Astoria, Oregon: Sunburned. Camping. Roadkill. Some of the best riding. Clearcuts. Drafting. Fog. Up at 6am, bed at 8pm. 450km down, 2400km to go. Shawn and I are doing great.

Sounds awesome. I was in Cannon Beach yesterday (an hour’s drive south of Astoria) and the weather was perfect.

Extremely envious of your adventurous trip (very rugged)! I reckon biking through a landscape would give you a different perspective than in a car??…or at least of drivers! Looking forward to future updates and the awesome tales when you return.

I’m about 40 mins out in Mountain View and can hop over the coast anytime. I can also help resupply with anything you need from bike shops, etc.
