Also the No Spoon sign. Examples of superfluous, yet whimsical design. Not judging its effectiveness, but good to keep in mind.

    I’ll give my two cents on its effectiveness. I can think of three occasions where the cheekiness of the package has been a topic of conversation. That’s pretty effective advertising, and brand marketing power from a two cent soup package.

    I enjoy the witty attempt at humour. Though I am somewhat taken aback but them trying to force soup upon you as a “3pm snack”.
    Why must food producer continue to create these fictional meal times as an attempt to further fatten the consuming public?
